Payment may be made by money order or bank draft, payable
in Canadian funds, US funds at par, to the artist whose artwork
you have chosen. Contact customer care, Linda Ellsworth,
with the artist that you are comfortable with your purchase
and shipping arrangement.
Shipping costs are not reflected in the price of the artwork, and
are the responsibility of the client. Shipping

Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery.
Our artists package each piece by hand with ample protection
to insure safe delivery and ship your purchase from their studios
by carrier after payment has been received. This process is
customized and guarantees the authenticity of each artwork.

refunded, provided the returned artwork is in the same condition
and package as it was shipped, fully insured and return shipped

In the event of damage to artwork when you receive it, please
contact customer care or the artist before you return it, and please
do not accept an unopened damaged package.
In the event of any damage to artwork during return shipping,
the artist will cooperate with you in pursuing any insurance claim.
However, your sole remedy will be whatever remedy is available
to you under such insurance policy, and the artist or
Accent on Niagara Artists shall not be required to refund
your purchase price in this event.
The client is responsible for all shipping, duties and or taxes
on export shipments.
